QUANTUM Smart Tensioner

QUANTUM is a complete semi-automated tensioning system with a digitally controlled pump unit connected to an electro-hydraulic tensioning tool.

QUANTUM provides greater control over bolt tensioning by delivering critical data needed for the correct and accurate loading of critical bolted joints. The system is easy to use and highly versatile. It can be configured for use on OEM production lines, onshore and offshore construction and installation, or ongoing maintenance projects.

The electronically controlled pump with a digital LCD screen and integrated printed circuit board (PCB) provides power and preset instructions to the bolt tensioner and its built-in controls.

The tensioner can be used with or without the Lift & Move trolley, depending on the available space and bolt sizes.
