Delta Series Tensioners

Delta series bolt tensioners are versatile and reliable hydraulic tensioners suitable for all bolting applications. Optimized for top-load applications, they have a higher maximum load capacity than standard top-load bolt tensioners. They generate up to 90% bolt tension on B7 bolts, making them ideal for tightening COMPACT, SPO, and NORSOK flanges, as well as all standard ANSI, ASME, and API flanges.

In use, the tools are lightweight and highly versatile. They feature a compact, directly threaded tensioner load cell with an integrated bridge and socket. This strong and durable one-piece construction makes them easy to handle and prevents loose parts from falling. The special bridge design and optional swivel connections solve problems where the application has limited vertical clearance.
