The Compact-8-range subsea tensioners consist of a range of 8 models, capable of tensioning most of the range of SPO compact flanges. This series responds to the extra tight SPO compact flanges, where standard tensioners usually do not fit. Compact-8 subsea tensioners are made of high quality stainless steel alloy, making it suitable for subsea use. The so-called splitnut makes (de-)installation of the tensioner on the application simple and fast.
