Eco2TOUCH — Intelligent pumping systems
HYTORC Eco2TOUCH is a unique pumping system that allows any bolt to be tightened safely and with no more than a push of a button. Nothing needs to be set while bolts are optimally utilized.
HYTORC torque wrenches are equipped with rotation angle sensors that allow the pump to measure the angle of rotation made and the torque applied during the tightening process. As long as the torque and rotation angle increase proportionally, the bolt is in the elastic range. If the increase in torque is no longer proportional to the rotation angle, the yield strength of the bolt is reached. The system then shuts down and the bolted joint is optimally tightened. The tightening process is automatically processed and fully documented. With the HYTORC Eco2TOUCH, anyone can realize very high-quality bolted connections!

The Eco2TOUCH stands for maximum efficiency, safety and user-friendliness. The touch screen acts as a modern human-machine interface, which also enables precise operation in the field using self-explanatory icons.

The Eco2TOUCH stores all relevant data for each tightening process, processes the measured values and makes them available in standard file formats. The graphical display of the tightening process with all process parameters is a highlight with great user benefit.
Process reliability: automated tightening
Eco2TOUCH automates evaluation, documentation and statistics, especially for all safety-relevant screw joints according to category A (= high risk assessment) or B (= medium risk assessment).
