Problem in old situation: Reinforcement panels made it hard to find a suitable reaction point. This caused high side load and a high risk on pinch hazards. Side load affects bolt load accuracy in a negative way and must be avoided at all times. Especially in this case, where the desired bolt load was close to the yield point of the bolt.
