HYTORC Nut Tensioning Nut
The HYTORC NUT tensioning nut is a 3-piece pre-tensioning system for applications where high demands are placed on the bolted connection. The HYTORC Nut converts a rotating force (torque) into a stretching force (tension). Because the inner and outer nut rest on each other, bending forces do not play a role. The bolt can move with the inner nut and the integrated washer prevents the nut from rotating directly over the flange surface. The bolts are fully mechanically tensioned.
The only system in the world that comes pre-calibrated to bolt load. With the HYTORC NUT, you work hands-free, without a reaction arm and without a counterholding key.

Temperature-resistant and reusable
The HYTORC expansion nut is designed for temperature ranges up to 320° C or 450° C. The system has distinct advantages in terms of re-usability, quick disassembly and assembly.
